Run 2 Remember is an international group for people who have experienced great loss and turn to running and/or walking to deal with the grief and its physical & mental impact.

Run 2 Remember is a group, founded and moderated by people that know the devastating impact of loss and the daily struggle linked to it. This group aims to be a safe haven where people can share experiences, keep the memories alive and encourage each other throughout the hardship.

When grief makes you want to run away, just run… and remember how lucky you are to have had someone that made saying goodbye so hard.
